Mayor Bloomberg Invited to Speak at Cristo Rey Event to be Held at The Bond Market Association

Cristo Rey High School will offer a presentation at The Bond Market Association on its Corporate Work Study Program. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has been invited to speak at this event, which is designed to promote diversity and to introduce firms to a unique educational undertaking that is making an impact in the lives of young people throughout the city.

Cristo Rey New York High School's Corporate Work Study Program enables economically disadvantaged students to attain a private, college preparatory education by earning up to 70% of their tuition working at entry-level clerical positions in some of the finest institutions in New York City.

The above-mentioned event will be held on Monday, January 24th from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the offices of The Bond Market Association, located at 360 Madison Avenue, 17th Floor (entrance on 45th Street). As indicated above, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is expected to speak at this event.
