March 2nd Issues & Answers Roundtable in Boston
On March 2, 2006, asset managers and professionals from e-trading platforms will meet in a Roundtable session to discuss technology developments. This special session will immediately follow the Executive Committee meeting of the Asset Managers Division. At the Roundtable, Thomson TradeWeb, BondDesk (invited) and others will discuss how they are meeting the technology needs of asset managers as well as their latest e-commerce solutions. Also, asset managers will discuss their current needs and discuss technology enhancements that they are seeking from e-trading platforms.

AMD Meets with Major Dealers
On February 23, the Market Practices and Standards Subcommittee of the Asset Managers Division met with the Group of 14 Major Dealers. At the meeting, representatives from the Major Dealers reported to the Subcommittee on their recent meeting with the Federal Reserve Bank and on plans involving DTCC's central trade information warehouse. The two groups agreed to host an educational call-in on targeted-industry guidelines and on frequently asked questions relating to the future of credit derivatives trading and processing.
