On April 2, 2009, SIFMA Managing Director Joseph Sack made a presentation at the U.S. Institute Washington Regulatory Roundtable in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Sack discussed in his presentation recent buy-side initiatives relating to the New York Fed that are being pursued by the Asset Management Group. These initiatives include Treasury fail charges, CDS central counterparty developments and the TALF program.
Mr. Sack's presentation also included a hand-out document summarizing the AMG's various agenda items.
