Quarterly Meeting - Wednesday, September 21, 2005
At the AMF Quarterly Business Meeting, David Skrodanes of GM Asset Management and Jennifer Sneath of Greenwich Associates will present the results of a special operations study that was conducted with member firms of The Asset Managers Forum. Also, Jean Ebbott of Morgan Stanley Investment Management will moderate a panel on managing broker/dealer and asset manager relationships. In addition, there will be several breakout sessions to discuss Swaps, STP, Corporate Actions and Bank Loans. Finally, we are pleased to announce that Chip Carver, CEO of SwapsWire will be the featured speaker. Mr. Carver's work is relevent to the recent meeting that was held by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on derivatives.

Corporate Actions Workshop - Thursday, September 22, 2005
In its fourth EastCoast/WestCast event this year, The Asset Managers Forum is sponsoring this important Workshop on Corporate Actions to address the current risks inherent in the manual process employed in the market today. We invite you to join your colleagues at this Workshop where the AMF will present panel discussions with asset managers, custodians, vendors, and utilities focusing on the current process of each party that touches the corporate action and how the process could be enhanced at different points. Also, there will be featured presentations from Deborah Mercer Miller, Vice President of Global Custody at Citigroup Global Transaction Services, who will address the need for standardization and from Linda Bookheim, Business Manager at SWIFT, who will review the findings of the Corporate Actions Survey.
