Asset Managers Division Plans to Provide Industry Education on Swaps Vendors

As the industry moves to increase automation and develop longer-term solutions for derivatives, vendors and service providers can offer asset managers and broker/dealers a variety of options for e-trading and e-processing of swaps. Since many asset managers are interested in more information concerning electronic trade matching for IRS and CDS transactions, the Asset Managers Division of The Bond Market Association and The Asset Managers Forum are in the initial stages of developing vendor profiles.

The AMD and AMF intend to distribute information for products and services offered by vendors that operate in the derivatives market. This information will enable members to have an overview of the various products/services that accomplish the goal of automating the confirmation process.

If you are an industry vendor or service provider that is interested in participating in this profile initiative, please contact George Reis at 646.637.9280.
